Arja Tuuliniemi

Arja Tuuliniemi is the head of licensing for the Finnish library consortium, FinELib, working towards the goal immediately openly available scholarly publications. She has more than 20 years’ experience of negotiating with publishers on behalf of Finnish university libraries.

She is a member of international working groups whose aim is to promote open access globally. Arja has a master’s degree in Social Sciences, Library science and Informatics from the University of Tampere.
